Sometimes I think as a teacher, and you as students and parents, as we go about our daily lives, we forget why we’re doing this. And by this I mean Suzuki violin lessons. Daily practice is a challenge and it becomes very difficult to keep the big picture in mind when we spend so much time focusing on the little things. But, it’s important to remember that all these little things we do every day are what keep the big picture beautiful. So today, I just wanted to post a little reminder of that big picture. The 16th Suzuki Method World Convention began this week in Japan. Here is a video that shows some of the different parts of the convention. Please share with your student as a reminder that kids all over the world are doing what they’re doing and it really is beautiful!
